Founder CEO
In 1999, after graduating from university, I engaged in startup support activities. Later, in 2002, I founded Dicrul Inc. (now Digilink Inc.) and served as its CEO. In 2010, I joined BizReach Inc. and was involved in launching the select-outlet type e-commerce site “LUXA.” Following its spin-off, I became part of Luxa Inc. (now au Commerce & Life Inc.), serving as the Head of the MD Division and a board member, focusing on business and management. In April 2019, I was appointed as a director at au Commerce & Life Inc., became the Managing Director in June of the same year, and assumed the role of an external director in April 2020. In May 2020, I established J-CAM Inc. and took the position of CEO.
Toshiya Hirao

After completing my studies at Kobe University’s Faculty of Business Administration in 1985, I began my career at Sanwa Bank Ltd. I later worked at the Sanwa Research Institute and the National Institute for Research Advancement. I co-authored a book on the globalization of Japanese companies and held various roles at Sanwa Bank, including Deputy Manager at the Nagoya Branch. Post-2001 bank merger, I served in a leadership role at UFJ Bank and led Sojitz Corporation’s restructuring from 2003. In 2005, I joined Atax Corporation as an executive officer and in 2022, became a director at J-CAM Inc.
Yoshimitsu Kuramoto

After graduating from the Faculty of Law at Keio University, I started my career in the financial industry by joining Yamaichi Securities Co., Ltd. Later, I became a member of the Management Committee at Merrill Lynch Japan Securities Co., Ltd., and also served as a Director at Okasan Asset Management Co., Ltd. Throughout my career, I have worked in major Japanese and American securities companies, handling sales to retail and institutional investors, fundraising for listed companies, IPOs, and M&As. Currently, I am active as a comprehensive financial consultant at J-CAM Inc.
